Our Mission:
We strive to enable our community to achieve lifelong healthy and bright smiles by giving each patient the individual care they deserve in our exceptional pediatric dental office.
Office Policy:
We make every effort to value your time. When you reserve your appointment, it will be your time and cannot be used by someone else. We appreciate your courtesy of giving us a 48-hour notice if you need to change your appointment, we will be happy to reschedule for a different day or time.
There is a $60 fee per patient for missed appointments.
Financial & Insurance:
Full payment is expected at the time treatment is rendered, unless special arrangements have been made prior to your appointment. You will be provided with a detailed treatment plan that will include a breakdown of all applicable fees. We offer the following payment options:
- Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express
Insurance:
As a courtesy, we will submit all insurance claims for our patients. We can also pre-authorize treatment costs if requested by our patients. We will fully attempt to maximize your insurance benefits but we are not responsible for how your insurance company handles its claims. You are personally responsible for your account, and we encourage you to contact us if your policy has not paid within 30 days.
We are preferred providers for the following insurance companies:

- Delta Dental PPO

- Aetna
- Sun Life Financial
- United Concordia
- Dental Health Alliance
Please feel free to contact our office if your child has dental insurance that is not listed, as we can file with any PPO insurance company, as long as they do not require the patient to see a specific doctor on their list. Please keep us informed of any insurance changes such as address, policy name or changes of employment.
